This dual practice helps Edward give practical, commercial and efficient advice to company and corporate clients. This means Edward can assist the relevant managing director or company secretary navigate the necessary processes to achieve notarisation of company documents.

Edward has several large company clients ranging from medical companies, to the energy sector, marine sector, to manufacturing and the service sectors all with international footprints.

Edward will provide a tailored service to the client and work closely with any lawyer (whether in England or Wales or abroad) to understand the needs of the client and receiving jurisdiction. Usually Edward will correspond direct with the lawyers in question, copying the client in. Edward has a great working relationship with nearly all the commercial law firms in south and west Wales along the M4 corridor. These connections and working practices ensures a fast and efficient service can be provided.

Edward gets significant repeat business due to his affable nature, detailed understanding of company law, UK legal systems and ability to converse with a wide range of people from differing backgrounds and nationalities in an effortless manner.

Edward often attends the client offices to assist with this work.

In addition, he will order the relevant certificates of good standing from Companies House to speed up the process (if required).
